Comprensión de lectura - Lección 1

Lección 1
Mi Rutina Diaria

Good morning students

We have completed Rutina Diaria which is the 1st lesson of your book. We have also covered the grammar part. Today we are going to do the last remaining exercise work.
I hope all of you are learning the topics thoroughly.

Very well,
the paragraph given below is the rutina diaria of Pedro. You have to read the paragraph and mark statement between true or false.

You might not know the meaning of all the words, so for that I am attaching the link of a very good online diccionario for translation.

Few Instructions

1. Note down  the work in your register on a regular basis.

2. Notify me about  your presence in the class  as soon as you join, in the comment section. Just  write " Good Morning" along with your name .
3. AS ALREADY MENTIONED,YOU CAN USE ANY NOTEBOOK AVAILABLE AND SUBMIT SEPARATELY ONCE THE SCHOOL REOPENS.
4. Take your Spanish Register
5.Our handwriting reflects a lot about us. It will be awesome if you use good presentation and cursive hand writing
6. Make a column on the right hand side, if you need to do any rough work
7.Write today's date.

Now, all of you first read the paragraph twice without using the diccionario and try to guess the meaning of the paragraph and try to answer the questions

V - verdadero ( True ) , F - Falso ( false )

Nowall of you open you notebook and note down the paragraph and the questions and mark the answer
_________________________________________

Lets come to the second question.
Here you have to look at the picture and identify the the action and write the answer.

Now see how you are going to write the answers,

Let's look at the first question

a) a qué hora se baña carlos ?

Meaning : At what time carlos takes bath

Now look at the picture
As we can see carlos takes bath at 8:00 am. Right ?
Now, we have to keep in mind that Bath here is a reflexive verb because the doer and the reciever of the verb is same. That means, the subject and the object of the sentence is same.

So the answer will be

Carlos se baña a las 8:00 de la mañana.

Look at the highlighted words

se baña - because bañarse is reflexive and carlos here is 3rd Person singluar. So the pronoun we will use is se and the form of bañar will change to baña.

we use de la mañana to specify that it is "am" ( morning)
We use de la tarde to specify "pm.

Now all of you do rest of the questions. Write your queries in the comment.

That's all for today.
Buenos días y gracias
Que tengáis un buen día.

Adverb of Time

Buenos días estudiantes In the last class we discussed time telling. I hope you are doing work work routinely.  I feel that there is serious lack of actual communication between us. So  I want you to write your queries in the comment section. First you will mark you attendance and then you will write your queries.  While you comment your queries, do write your name after your question. You can also ask me about previous topics. Today we are going to discuss adverbs of frequency and how to use them in sentences.  F ew Instructions  1. Note down  the work in your register on a regular basis. 2.
